A set of practitioner questions that move across the ecological levels the book describes, from the daily interactions you control to the cultural assumptions that make them feel normal.

The tool is built to be printed and used, ideally with two or three questions brought to a trusted colleague. It is not an evaluation instrument. It is a way to make the pressures the book traces visible enough to work on.
